Please read this waiver carefully before booking or participating in any sports activity through Athlete’s POV. By booking sports activities through the platform, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
Important: Sports activities involve physical risks and potential injuries. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
1. Assumption of Risk
By booking sports activities through Athlete’s POV, users acknowledge that:
- Sports activities involve physical risks and potential injuries.
- Participation is voluntary and at the user’s own risk.
2. Release of Liability
Users agree that Athlete’s POV is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring during:
- Venue bookings
- Training sessions
- Tournaments
- Sports activities organized through the platform
3. Venue Responsibility
Safety of facilities and equipment is the responsibility of:
- Venue operators
- Coaches
- Event organizers
4. Medical Fitness
Participants confirm they are medically fit to participate in sports activities. Athlete’s POV is not responsible for medical complications.
