1. Scope

If disputes arise between:

• Users and venues
• Athletes and brands
• Buyers and sellers

this policy applies to how those disputes are addressed.

2. Mediation by Athlete’s POV

Athlete’s POV will attempt to mediate disputes fairly.

3. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

If disputes cannot be resolved, they may be handled according to applicable laws in India.

All policies and agreements of Athlete’s POV are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
