Coach & Academy Partner Agreement

This agreement governs partnerships between Athlete’s POV and sports coaches, academies, and training providers.
1. Service Listing
Coaches and academies may list:
- Training programs
- Coaching sessions
- Sports camps
- Workshops
on the Athlete’s POV platform.
2. Accuracy of Information
Partners must ensure:
- Training details are accurate
- Pricing is transparent
- Session availability is updated regularly
3. Commission
Athlete’s POV may charge a platform service fee or commission on coaching bookings. Commission structure will be agreed before listing.
4. Professional Conduct
Coaches and academies must:
- Maintain professional training standards
- Ensure player safety
- Follow local regulations and sports guidelines
5. Booking Management
Partners must honour bookings made through the platform. Failure to provide booked sessions may result in:
- Refunds to users
- Removal from the platform
