Marketplace Seller Agreement

This applies to businesses selling sports equipment through the Athlete’s POV Marketplace.
1. Product Listings
Sellers may list products such as:
- Sports equipment
- Apparel
- Training gear
- Accessories
All product descriptions must be accurate and truthful.
2. Pricing and Inventory
Sellers must ensure:
- Correct pricing
- Updated stock availability
- Genuine products
Counterfeit products are strictly prohibited.
3. Order Fulfilment
Sellers must:
- Ship products within the promised timeframe
- Provide order tracking when applicable
- Handle product warranty or support issues
4. Commission
Athlete’s POV may charge:
- A sales commission
- Platform service fees
Commission terms will be defined in the seller onboarding agreement.
5. Returns and Refunds
Sellers must comply with Athlete’s POV Return & Refund Policy. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
